How it works
- Download the CSV template from your dashboard
- Fill it in with your listings, one row per business
- Upload it, and review a preview showing exactly what will be created, including anything that needs fixing before it goes ahead
- Confirm, and every listing is created as a draft
Nothing goes live automatically. Drafts sit in your dashboard for review, so you can check details, add photos, and publish each one on your own schedule rather than having twenty listings appear publicly at once with whatever was in the spreadsheet.
Who this is actually for
This is built for the reality of running a brokerage, not a single seller listing one business. If you're bringing an existing portfolio of mandates onto Bizzie for the first time, or you regularly onboard several new listings a month, bulk upload turns an afternoon of repetitive data entry into a few minutes.
If you're using a CRM or practice management tool that already exports listing data, that export is often a fast starting point for the CSV, worth checking whether your existing system can export in a format close to Bizzie's template.
What's next
Bulk upload is also the foundation for something bigger: direct integrations with the CRM platforms brokers already use, so listings can flow onto Bizzie automatically rather than needing a manual export at all. That's actively being explored, bulk upload is the version available today.
